When the chimney piece has to be installed against a flat wall it is best that eventual necessary adaptions are done by our services.

Before sending we will confirm all delivery details of the order.

• Exterior Width: Measured at the widest point of the top shelf. The exterior width of legs are typically a few cm narrower.

• Exterior Width+: Width including any top mantelpiece.

• Exterior Height: Maximum height without joint. Usually the fireplace is placed ±2 cm into the floor.

• Interior Width: Free space between the front legs.

• Interior Height: Free space under the front.

• Depth Shelf: Maximum depth at the top shelf (usually measured on the right).

• Jambs Depth: Maximum depth at the top of the leg (usually measured on the right).
  Note: Where possible, we can trim the back of the fireplace to one flat line for flush wall installation.

We are experts and can provide you with a render. The overall dimensions should fit the room. The inside dimensions should be in relation to the firebox.

When there is enough space difference the existing firebox can be lined out with one of our firebrick options or original antique plates.

When goods are bought or sold “Delivery at Place” (DAP) it means that the Seller delivers the goods to a place previously agreed to by the seller and the buyer. This can be any location. The agreed place of delivery (e.g. the terminal) needs to be specifically named.

Under DAP, the buyer only pays the unloading fees and the import duty, taxes, and customs clearance.

It is important to provide correct and full id and address details of the importer to avoid custom clearance delays.

Delays in customs due to non complete or incorrect importers data can lead to extra storage fees to be paid by the customer.

DAP-Incoterms does not apply to deliveries within Europe.

In Europe, the VAT rate charged is the VAT rate of the country of delivery.

With a VAT identification number validated on the VIES website of the European Community, the supply is made by the intra-Community supply regime.

After confirming his passage with you the delivery person will leave the crated fireplace mantel on the pallet at the first available area outside of your house or building (front door, porch, landing area, garage, etc.) Accessible by transpallet.

In order to facilitate the work of the drivers and to guarantee the reception of your purchases, we kindly ask you to make sure that you are present at the time of delivery, and to give the drivers as much information as possible to help them find the correct address.
