A 19th century Fine European antique fireplace mantle from the Burgundy region. It was salvaged near the village of Corton. The bicolor of this marble hard stone is typical of that village in the middle of the vineyards. The details on the front are showing music instruments. Typical for the Directoire period. The mantle is waxed and reflects the ligt of the room with a gloss shine.
