The installation of the fireplace is very important.

The interior of the fireplace, the firebox, can be finished with different refractory materials.
Authentic materials provide a extraordinary dialogue between fireplace and interior.
These red tiles are sawn from antique Belgian terracotta roof tiles. Terra cotta is baked and therefore not flammable.
They can be used in any firebox shape:
- curves through the small tiles of 6 cm long.
- straight lines with tiles of 15 cm long, possibly in combination with those of 9 cm long.
They come in 3 different lengths:

6 cm Long 2,36 Inch
and are:
1,5 cm High 0,39 Inch
