This is a rare original antique fireplace surround out of a panelling room. The Royal Brêche D’Aleppo marble has been fixed on solid blocks of hard stone. The sides are in the Belgian Abbey the Rochefort marble.( trapist beer) This could work in a modern interior. It is a Louis Philipe period chimney piece, early 19th century.
